The hotel is the first in Madrid and offers large rooms with a nice selection and friendly staff. While the rooms are good in size, they lack seating options, making it slightly inconvenient. The central location is a major highlight, with easy access to top attractions, but noise from the corridor can be disruptive at times.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were of a nice size but quite difficult to manage with narrow stairs in the duplex layout. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist, especially in handling any issues. The location was fabulous for exploring the city center on foot, although the strong smell of cleaning chemicals was a downside. The dining experience was amazing with a variety of Nespresso flavors, but perhaps adding vegetarian dishes could enhance it further.

The location is superb, surrounded by restaurants and within walking distance to major sights. The dining experience is fantastic with diverse options, and the facilities are top-notch.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room, despite a small issue with the sloping roof, provided a quality night's sleep in a charming location that looked exactly like the photos. The service was very friendly and helpful, offering assistance with maps and travel advice. The location was perfect, being right next to Plaza Mayor and within walking distance of Madrid Atocha Station. The dining options were excellent with a nice variety of food choices. Overall, a great value for money stay.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable, but small, and some fittings were below expected standards. The shower, however, was incredible. I wish there was a water heater for tea or coffee, though.
